Dear Writer/Producer,

I have an idea for increasing ratings at enormous rates. Bear with me, because it might seem wacky at first. So here it is: Lots of gratuitous shots of Daniel Jackson.

How will this improve ratings, you ask? Well, allow me to tell you. You might not be aware of this, but women across the world-- women with purchasing power, I add-- are breathlessly awaiting the appearance of more Daniel Flesh. Bare arms that show off bulging biceps and triceps are enough to get the female demographic distinctly atwitter. Just image them on the edge of their seats on Friday nights, if the week's trailers inform them that they might actually see a bare chest or tummy!

Women are regularly deprived of the gratuitous shots that male audiences have come to take for granted. Just consider the significant devotion and financial rewards to be gained by giving the female demographic even a little of what they really want: the same, solid Stargate scripts but peppered with glimpses of Daniel's skin when possible.
